  • Are you associated with the other Spud?

    We are the last privately owned Spud, though we share the same name, we all operate on our own. We still hand cut and batter all our food fresh like we have since 1940.

  • Does your batter contain dairy?

    Our batter is vegan and does not contain dairy or eggs

  • Do you offer Gluten free options?

    We can prepare our prawns without the batter however our menu isn’t celiac compliant because the oil makes contact with the batter.

  • Does your clam chowder contain bacon?

    Our chowder is bacon free :)

  • Do you offer vegan options?

    Our fries, cauliflower, onion rings and mushrooms as well as vegetable specials are cooked separately from the proteins and are all vegan friendly.
